A Few Kitchen Notes

  • Our vinaigrettes are made with olive oil and will naturally separate — give them a gentle shake before using.
  • We don’t use emulsifiers unless noted on the label.
  • We use mustard as an emulsifier in almost all of our dressings — if you have an allergy, please let us know when ordering.
  • We take care to avoid gluten cross-contamination, but gluten-free cannot be guaranteed in our shared kitchen.

Say Hi to Lulu

Jayne's rescue Siberian Husky mix from the Kawartha Lakes Humane Society. Lulu may bark a bit, but she's a very gentle dog and loves kids. If you're not comfortable with dogs, just let us know and we'll bring your order out to you.
